The Solution
CyberLab implemented ongoing Microsoft 365 Security Support, delivered through CyberLab's Managed Security Support services. This included:
Proactive management of Calvin Capital's M365 environment. Regular patching and device updates to minimise vulnerabilities. Continuous monitoring to detect and address potential threats. Enforcement of security policies and best practices to maintain compliance and protect against evolving risks.
CyberLab conducted a Microsoft 365 Security Assessment to help implement security best practices. This included a Secure Score Review and a gap analysis highlighting the areas to focus on. Nadeem and CyberLab explored how Microsoft security features could help keep company data secure, and Calvin Capital is now rolling out a migration to M365 E5 licences for all their people.
By equipping team members with Microsoft Surface Pros, Chess ICT ensured the team have devices they enjoy using and that provide the functionality needed to drive productivity. Chess also continued their support with Calvin Capital’s telephony system, setting up Teams Voice- a unified communications platform that enables Calvin’s staff to communicate seamlessly from any location.
